The Action Bar is Red's Stamina allowance when she enters the Turn() state.
Tips & Tricks[]
Because Red has 100 Stamina on a given Turn(), typically the maximum allowance is 100 Stamina, however if you are planning your attacks in a correct order you can use a Function which has a higher Stamina cost at the end of the Turn(), which allows you to go over the 100 Stamina cost.
